Cleaning & Gardening Services

Each year a majority of deductions awarded from tenants’ deposits were due to the need for additional cleaning/carpet cleaning.  We have some great tenants who look after their properties but sometimes items can be forgot or missed, or sometimes its’ just because of lack of time.  Moving can be a very stressful and time-consuming process, packing and organising utilities, redirecting mail can sometimes mean that items such as ovens, fridges and bathroom do not get cleaned as thoroughly as needed or are overlooked.

To prevent this if you use our preferred cleaning contractor we offer a check-out cleaning service, which means that your deposit is returned more quickly and you save time and effort cleaning the property before you leave.  All our contractor are pre-approved so if we are not happy with the standard of cleanliness, they will revisit at no extra cost to you.

The same also applies to gardening.  As a tenant you are required throughout your tenancy to maintain the garden and our garden maintenance team can attend throughout your tenancy or as a one off prior to vacating ensuring that the garden is kept well maintained and for you to enjoy.  If you are interested in this service please contact the office to find out more information.
