Execulets Office is in a great location, just on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre in Woodthorpe. With access to a majority of Nottingham within 10/15 minutes drive we are in an ideal location to provide a comprehensive lettings service to all areas of Nottingham, both urban and rural.
Our office has become a familiar part of Woodthorpe, as we first opened our doors over 20 years ago. We have many long standing relationships with both landlord and tenants, as a close knit team of dedicated people working to provide great customer service. Natalie Novellino, Office Manager, is a fully qualified ARLA Propertymark member and has been working with Execulets for a number of years. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience working previously for independent agency and corporates before joining Execulets.

Nottingham has always had a strong connection to Industry which has changed over the years and the skyline is now dominated by financial and business services, logistics, advanced manufacturing, clean technology, life sciences and digital enterprises.
Nottingham is home to not just one but two universities, meaning there is a large student property market. The University of Nottingham has 32,000 students and Nottingham Trent University has 25,000. Nottingham also boasts two hospitals serving the local area, the Queen’s Medical Centre and Nottingham City Hospital. The Queens Medical Centre is a regional ’super hospital’ and the largest teaching hospital in the UK employing 6,000 people creating a massive demand for rental properties.
The city also has a growing visitor economy with 267,000 visits a year thanks to the legend of Robin Hood and more contemporary attractions including Nottinghamshire Trent Bridge Country Cricket Ground.
Nottingham itself is spread over several different local authority boroughs including the Nottingham City, Rushcliffe, Gedling, Broxtowe and Erewash. Much of the City of Nottingham is covered by a selective licensing scheme for landlords on all rental property as do Gedling Borough in parts of Netherfield. So it’s well worth checking what this involves before you start looking for buy-to-let properties in Nottingham, why not drop us and email or call the office for more information to find out the high rental demand areas of the City.
