Registration is FREE. By registering, we will inform you of properties matching your expressed requirements and price range as they become available. Should we find suitable accommodation for you, and you wish to take up a tenancy the charge will be 85 pounds for one bedroom, or 175 pounds for 2 or more bedrooms. These prices include VAT at 17.5%
One months rent is required as a deposit which is refundable on leaving the property at the end of the tenancy and on our receiving copies of all paid bills and finding the property in a clean and undamaged condition.
Rent is paid one month in advance by standing order through a bank or building society account.
Suitable references must be supplied prior to commencement of a tenancy. References can include employer, bank or accountants, previous landlords.
It is the tenants responsibility to ensure that all utilities are informed at the start and end of the tenancy (i.e.. gas, electricity, council tax, water and telephone companies).
